Our Commitment to AI Ethics
Easyin Ai believes the power of technology should serve the common good of humanity. We commit to placing human dignity, safety, and fairness at the forefront of every AI solution we develop and deploy.
These six principles form the ethical foundation of all our AI product design, development, and operational decisions.
AI tools should augment human capabilities, not replace them. Every product we build aims to enhance people's productivity, creativity, and quality of life—not simply automate away their work.
We reject "black box" AI. Our systems should be able to provide understandable explanations when making important decisions, ensuring humans always understand and control the final judgment.
We proactively identify and eliminate bias and discrimination in our models. Our AI solutions should serve all users fairly, without differential treatment based on race, gender, region, or socioeconomic status.
User data belongs to the user. Easyin SafeBox supports local deployment, ensuring sensitive data never leaves the enterprise network. We will never collect, sell, or misuse user data without explicit authorization.
We build safety into the core of every product lifecycle. Humans should always retain ultimate control over AI systems. We provide clear intervention mechanisms and kill switches to prevent automation from going out of control.
We pay close attention to AI's broad impact on employment, social structures, and the environment. We commit to investing a portion of our profits into AI ethics research and public interest projects to jointly promote the healthy development of responsible AI.
The Ethics Declaration is not empty words—it is the action standard we genuinely execute in product development, customer service, and internal operations.
Conduct quarterly AI ethics reviews of all live products to identify and remediate potential biases, security vulnerabilities, and privacy risks.
Our technology will not be used to develop autonomous weapons systems, mass surveillance tools, or any application intended to harm civilians.
We maintain public user feedback channels, respect every voice that raises ethical concerns about our products, and commit to publicly responding within 30 days.
We conduct AI ethics due diligence on partners and suppliers to ensure the entire supply chain meets our ethical standards.
The following are actions we will absolutely never participate in, regardless of commercial benefit.
Developing or selling autonomous weapons systems intended to harm civilians
Building large-scale facial recognition or social surveillance infrastructure
Collecting or sharing user personal data without explicit consent
Using AI to create disinformation or manipulate public opinion
Providing discriminatory AI services to vulnerable groups
If you have any concerns or suggestions about our AI ethics practices, we sincerely welcome your voice.
